Empathy isn't just a buzz-word, it's a worldview centered on the validity of our shared human experience through the development of excellent technology. Over the last 5 years, I’ve been working on projects highlighting user engagement and retention strategies, outreach, and leading technical communications for a global crisis response team to displaced refugees.
In understanding the need for teaming, I’ve brought in tools developed by external developers, and led cross-team UX initiatives in creating data visuals and narratives for non-technical audiences and Executive boards.
My most recent work surrounds collaboratively developing integrated, accessible platforms for internal teams, and defining the team ethos for innovative thinking and creative problem solving.
